NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING and PUBLIC HEARING

The Central Iowa Housing Trust Fund has scheduled a board meeting for September 28, 2026 at 3PM. Click HERE for a copy of the meeting agenda and supporting documents. The meeting will be a hybrid meeting.

During the meeting there will be a public hearing seeking comment on the 2027 Housing Assistance Plan and Application. The public hearing will include information on the proposed application for funding to the Iowa Finance Authority such as the proposed budget, the draft HAP, a review of the application to be submitted to IFA, the types of anticipated projects, how the anticipated funds will and should be allocated, and general discussion of the application.
